Kfar Maccabiah Hotel, Ramat- Gan 02.03.2009The conference deals with various issues of water and wastewater. During the conference, Adv. Levinson has lectured on management responsibility - in desalination plants, water supply facilities and wastewater treatment plants. These facilities are in fact industrial facilities and their management is exposed to criminal, civil and administrative sanctions. Liability aspects were discussed in the context of raw materials; ongoing operations and product supply each of these facilities.
