International M&A Seminar - Environmental Risks
Sestriere, Italy 17 - 23.02.2007The International Association of Lawyers held a seminar that dealt with international legal mergers and acquisitions. Attorney Tzvi Levinson lectured on aspects of air pollution, soil pollution, water pollution, etc., which should be taken into account prior to such transactions. His lecture addressed both the negotiation phase, the phase after the deal is signed and to disputes that may emerge in its wake.
