European Chemicals Policy - REACH Implementation
The Manufacturers’ Association of Israel, Tel Aviv 12.06.2008At the seminar, delivered by a team of lawyers from our office, REACH issues for advanced were discussed. The goal was to prepare the Israeli industry to implement the European REACH legislation. Among other things, we talked about registration of substances, the appointment of an only representative, protecting trade secrets, substances of very high concern (SVHC), distinctions between products and their components, checking the statements of suppliers and providing statements to customers and others.
