Monitoring as a Key for Environmental Management
Haifa University 03.05.2009The department of Natural Resources and Environment at the University of Haifa organized seminar on monitoring and environmental measurements. Attorney Levinson was invited to lecture on the legal aspects of remote sensing and monitoring of pollutants. The technology allows remote detection of contaminants even without having physical access to the facility or chimney. Implementation of these techniques raises a host of legal questions which dealt with the lecture.
