Water Supply to Rural Communities
Ruppin Academic Center 31.01.2007Israel Water Works Association organized a seminar dealing with the aspect of rural water supply reforms and how they mirror the new structure of the water and supply in rural areas in Israel. The organizers invited attorney Tzvi Levinson to give a lecture on the legal aspects of the issue (what makes water to sewage and wastewater to effluent for irrigation, water quality, quality of sewage sludge for agricultural use, activated sludge, etc.).
