What shall we do with our waste? Detriments to rational legislation from Ecological, Financial, Institutional and Consumers' Points of View
Israeli Bar, Tel Aviv 02.07.2000A half-day conference held by the Environmental Committee of the Israeli Bar and the Samuel Ne'eman Institute of Advanced Research in the Sciences and Technology, in Tel-Aviv on Sunday, July 2nd 2000. Attorney Tzvi Levinson who chairs the Bar committee moderated this conference where various stakeholders meet to discuss a comprehensive legal regime that will adequately address Israel's treatment of waste. The purpose of this meeting was to uncover deficiencies in existing legislation and propose viable amendments to it.
