Environmental law is a diversified term comprising a multitude of common law definitions, spanning over responsibilities and authorities among government agencies, municipal jurisdictions and other entities operating pursuant to law. Our area of expertise, environmental law, is the collective name given to the totality of provisions dispersed across a variety of laws, regulations and administrative provisions. We are Israel's oldest firm in the areas of Israeli and international environmental law, and as such our activities expanded over the years and led us naturally to engage also in the field of occupational health and safety laws.

According to our own experience and as is customary among similar environmental law firms around the world, the most appropriate legal approach to the task of advising and representing in environmental and safety issues (EHS) is an integrative approach, which sees the parallels and the common points between the domains as launching ground for the treatment of the gamut of issues in an integral manner. This same approach is evident in the wide variety of our legal expertise domains.
