University of Haifa 27.09.2016An international conference on resilient cities and preparedness to disasters was held at the Haifa University in Israel. Attorney Tzvi Levinson talked about the proper EHS legislation and exemptions that are needed for such events. He also talked about the application of criminal law to EHS disasters.
